Single edition artists' book that seeks an alternative way of organising art historical images. 

 

Each page contains an art hisotical image partially concealed except for the hands of the figures in the images selected. This focus offers an alternative story within the larger story, challenging the dominant linear historical narrative structure to which these images are typically organised and associated.

 

Partially obstructing the traditional way of seeing allows space to invite the viewer to consider a visual story that can be deduced from a more corporal and emotional language.
