This series of paper collages consists of materials from a personal archive of found images referencing art history and contemporary pop culture. It examines dominant narratives surrounding representations of women such as the queen, goddess, mother, partner, child, native, etc. When fragmented, rearranged and manipulated, they question dominant historical narratives in respect to gender and power.
