This sound performance takes place in a metro station on a passageway connecting two subway platforms. The performer stands still while holding a speaker emitting a sound collage of short phrases. The sounds gradually layer onto one another until distorted completely. It is an investigation of distortion within how information and noise is disseminated, and how this can be understood in relation to movement and stillness.
